Rules for Requesting Graphics

Use the following Requesting Form:

This is one of rare times when you can use bold and color in your posts!

Your forum has to be Forumotion and you must supply a link to it, unless you are requesting graphics you will use on our forum.

Please supply at least approximate size of the product (preferably exact).
Every member can try to complete your request, but Graphics Designer's word is final. That means they can remove the images if your request doesn't meet the guidelines or if your forum got closed/banned, and it's their decision when to move a request to Finished requests.
Staff members aren't obligated to take requests. It's their good mood, and they can stop at any time. So don't add tags with any members' names in your topic title; anyone can attempt! Do not harass staff members to complete request!
You can have only one request opened at the same time, and you must wait 7 days after your previous request has been solved to not have our Request section too flooded.
If a Graphics Designer, Global Moderator or Administrator will tag your request (by posting so and adding "In Progress" icon to it), you may not bump the topic and any other members may not try to complete the request.
Once your request is completed, please add "Solved" icon to the topic. See this topic to see how to add icons to topics.
You can only request graphics for forums older than one month: they may not be successful, and it would be shame wasting time and efford on something that will soon be completely useless.
You aren't allowed to make requests by PMs. If it is a set from Gallery, just make a normal request for "Text" or "Icon change", and of course supply the link to the topic. If the topic is still in Proposals, reply to the topic.
Here are some reasons for your request not be completed:
- Your request is unclear or impossible to complete.
- Your site is illegal, blocked by Online Guardian, or if you request graphics for a non-Forumotion forum.
- You have been banned from the Support Forum.
- You didn't use the requesting form.
- You have added tag with someone's username in topic title.
- You have another open request or 7 days didn't pass since your last request being completed.
- You have bumped your topic excessively or when Graphics Designer have tagged it.
- You have PMed staff or members to complete your requests or have harassed members or staff to complete your request.
- Nobody have tried it in over 14 days.
- Your forum is less than 1 month old.

NOTE: These rules may be updated by Graphics Designers at any time, please read them every time you are up to open a request!
