What's the Best Free BB System?

So, I've got a site that I'm thinking of building into a forum -- something I could set up like a "lite" version of geek/talk, but with a completely different set of topics. Anyway, I'm looking for a system that's easy to set up, and easy to incorporate Adsense ads into.
Oh, and I'm hoping for something free. Any recommendations?
